The Cannabis Substitution (Mission CSP) is a non-profit social assistance organization helping people struggling with trauma, pain, and addiction

How do we work?

Technology & Innovation
Partnering with Local Communities

Utilizing and adapting technologies in todays busy world, we can provide our community and help others start in their communities with services to improve learning and decision-making.

By nurturing relationships with likeminded organizations and private individuals, we're able to unlock new sources of capital and scale up our work far beyond what traditional funding can do alone.

We are a grassroots, not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals facing addiction, trauma, hunger, and long-term poverty. Grounded in harm reduction and compassion, we meet people where they’re at—without judgment and with deep respect for their lived experience.

Our work is rooted in the street-level realities of those we serve. We provide essential services including food, clothing, hygiene supplies, and access to cannabis as a safer alternative to more harmful street substances. Our goal is not to fix or change people, but to walk alongside them, offering dignity, support, and practical resources that improve quality of life.

We believe everyone deserves care, connection, and choice—no matter their circumstances.

Finance & Investing

To make a lasting impact, we know that we must actively engage and include the communities we are seeking to help. We are continually learning and growing in how we show up as an authentic, ethical partner.

“The art of teaching is the art of assisting discovery.”
